1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Master's Prediction website ("the Platform"), creating an account, or purchasing a VIP subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Platform.
These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including free users and VIP subscribers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Description of Service
The Master's Prediction is a sports prediction and analysis platform that provides:
- Daily sports predictions and match analysis
- Free access to selected predictions for all registered users
- Premium VIP access to full predictions and detailed analysis via a paid subscription
- AI-powered match analysis and tactical breakdowns
Our VIP subscription is billed at ₦2,000 per 2 weeks. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation via our payment processor, Paystack.
3. Entertainment Disclaimer
⚠️ IMPORTANT: All predictions, tips, and analysis published on The Master's Prediction are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, betting, or investment advice. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable and past accuracy does not guarantee future results.
By using this Platform, you acknowledge that:
- You use all predictions entirely at your own risk
- The Master's Prediction is not liable for any financial losses arising from the use of our predictions
- Gambling and sports betting may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction — it is your responsibility to comply with local laws
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in sports betting
Responsible Gambling: If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please seek help. The Master's Prediction encourages responsible use of our content and does not promote excessive gambling.
4. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments on the Platform are processed securely by Paystack, a licensed payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Paystack's terms of service.
Subscription Terms:
- VIP access costs ₦2,000 per 2-week period
- Access is activated immediately upon successful payment
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew when your access expires
- Your VIP expiry date is clearly shown on the platform
Refund Policy:
Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of our predictions, all sales are final and non-refundable once VIP access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access after payment, please contact us at themasterspred@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will investigate promptly.
5. User Accounts
To access our Platform you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
You may not share your account or VIP access with other users. Each subscription is for individual use only. Sharing accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access, tamper with, or exploit any part of the Platform's security systems
- Share, resell, or redistribute VIP predictions or content without written permission
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our prediction methodology or AI systems
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent payment requirements
- Post false, misleading, or harmful content in connection with our Platform
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Nigerian or international law
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and access, with no refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on The Master's Prediction — including but not limited to predictions, analysis, AI methodology, graphics, logos, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Master's Prediction.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from this Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination:
- Your access to VIP content will be immediately revoked
- No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription time if termination is due to a violation
- You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, The Master's Prediction and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses resulting from acting on our predictions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
- Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance or technical issues
- Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent VIP subscription (₦2,000).
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
Privacy Policy
The Master's Prediction ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. This policy complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
11. Data We Collect
We collect the following personal information when you use our Platform:
Account Information:
- Email address (required for account creation)
- Username (chosen by you)
- Encrypted password (we never store plain-text passwords)
Payment Information:
- Payment reference numbers (provided by Paystack)
- Subscription dates and status
- We do NOT store your card details — these are handled exclusively by Paystack
Usage Data:
- Pages visited on our Platform
- Date and time of access
- Browser type and device information
12. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your account on the Platform
- To verify payment and activate your VIP subscription
- To display your username and subscription status on the Platform
- To send important account notifications (e.g. subscription expiry)
- To improve the Platform and user experience
- To detect and prevent fraud or security breaches
We will never: sell your personal data to third parties, send you unsolicited marketing emails, or share your data with advertisers.
13. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database platform with enterprise-grade security. We implement the following measures to protect your data:
- All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- Row Level Security (RLS) ensures users can only access their own data
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Paystack — we never see your card details
- Admin access is restricted to authorised personnel only
While we take all reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% immune to breaches. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you promptly.
15. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the Platform:
- Supabase — Database and authentication (data stored securely)
- Paystack — Payment processing (subject to Paystack's own Privacy Policy)
- Google Fonts — Typography (no personal data shared)
Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
16. Your Rights Under NDPR
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Right to Object: Object to how we process your data
- Right to Portability: Request your data in a portable format
